1.                  Introduction and seating of Board Members

 

2.                  Approval of Incorporation documents and bylaws

 

3.                  Voting on President- Terry Thompson

 

4.                  Setup of Bank account at Alarion Bank- 2 signatures required (president & Board member)

 

5.                  Approval of submission to IRS for non-profit status, payment of $500.00

 

6.                  Approval of TT to enter into an agreement with The USDA Forest Service to partner in the Ocala National Forest

 

7.                  Acceptance of grant from USDA Forest Service of $15,000 for startup expenses

 

8.                  Approval of motto: “Partnering with the USDA Forest Service to provide sustainable recreation in the Ocala National Forest”

 

9.                  Authorization to spend funds for:

a.      Trail Day- Sept 30th

b.      Bear Festival- Oct 7th

c.      Shirts and Hats

Volunteer giveaways to members  144 @ 5.00  = $   720.00

Hats and polo shirts embroidered $1,000.00

d.      Website design                                $   500.00

 

10.              Establishment of membership fee- per year

Single members $  25.00 (1 tee shirt)

Families $  50.00 (up to 4 tee shirts)

Corporations/Sponsors $200.00 (special decal for door)

 

Board members and certified Trail Rangers are exempt.

 

11.              Authorization to obtain Board Members approval by email.  Majority of Board must respond and vote positively.

 

12.              Any other business.
